Embassy is Peanut Free!
Embassy Flavours facility does not manufacture products with peanuts or shellfish as ingredients. In addition, we do not allow our employees to bring peanut or shellfish foods into the manufacturing facility or any of the office areas connected to it.
11 million people in the United States, and over 600,000 in Canada, are estimated to suffer from a food allergy. Allergic reactions lead to over 29,000 hospital visits each year, resulting over 200 deaths in the United States. At Embassy Flavours we take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our products for our customers.

New Whole Grain Cake Bases
Embassy Flavours has created a new line of Whole Grain Cake Bases that are both trans-fat free and sources of fibre.
The bases are extremely versatile and are designed to produce multiple varieties of cakes and muffins. Recently featured at the Bakery Showcase, the cakes met with rave reviews.

New Line of Butter Flavours
Embassy Flavours has created a new line of natural and artificial butter flavours that have true butter taste.
These new trans-fat free flavours are bake-stable and provide true butter taste to baked goods such as muffins, pound cakes, puff pastry, cookies and croissants.
The new line of flavours will not affect yeast raised products, is kosher, and comes in both liquid and powder form.
Flavours range from mild to strong and when tested received positive responses from test groups, and were described as “Mouth-watering”.
